Put a 87 302 engine in my 36 Lincoln and after months of frustration it still does not run right. After 1 min starts to backfire. No leaks.

G-2/Veloss Reverse Trike kit if the T-Rex I have been working on a 2009 G-2/Veloss reverse trike kit for awhile. I have the majority of the parts for my trike including a reverse gear and a brand new 2009 zx 1400 motor. I am stuck on my kit build because the frame I received did not come with motor mounts and I'm not prepared to take on the task of fabricating motor mounts and correctly positioning the motor to line up with the rear sprocket as well as getting the balance correct. 1948 Rat Rod (Willys Jeep pickup) aka Raticus I have been building a nostalgia styled rat rod from a 1948 Willys Jeep Pickup. This is my first attempt at making a rat - but it won't be my last... 1968 VW Squareback Next project Well, I have started another VW project. This time I will be using a 68 VW Squareback. Kinda like a Vega Wagon, of that era. It has a 3" chopped top. The side quarter windows had been filled in, but done very badly. Someone had used about 2 gallons of bondo on each side of the car. I have since removed all of that. It will have suicide doors, and frenched headlight. I have taken the drivetrain and VW pan out from under it. I will be replacing it with a tube chassis like I did for the beetle. Working on fabing a new engine mount, going to make it adjustable. Hope I can still use my current chain since I had to raise motor up about 3 inches to clear rear slick....
