Thrust washer at the beval on the crank-Do not have clutch riding on this bevel all cranks have this machined bevel

Clutch e clip faces motor

thrust washer between clutch pack and clutch cage

Lock colar

at least a grade 5 bolt in crank shaft -My crank used a 7/16 NFT

torqued...

make sure the clutch spins free and + - .-005 clearance between clutch and colar loc

I had to call for this info ... It did not come with the clutch!

I have the majority of the parts for my trike including a reverse gear and a brand new 2009 zx 1400 motor. I am stuck on my kit build because the frame I received did not come with motor mounts and I'm not prepared to take on the task of fabricating motor mounts and correctly positioning the motor to line up with the rear sprocket as well as getting the balance correct. Jimbobjoe57	1968 VW Squareback Next project Well, I have started another VW project. This time I will be using a 68 VW Squareback. Kinda like a Vega Wagon, of that era. It has a 3" chopped top. The side quarter windows had been filled in, but done very badly. Someone had used about 2 gallons of bondo on each side of the car. I have since removed all of that. It will have suicide doors, and frenched headlight. I have taken the drivetrain and VW pan out from under it. I will be replacing it with a tube chassis like I did for the beetle.
