    Home made sheetmetal brake bender build, need to finish fabing up length of handle. Then fab up the mounting to my big work bench, have needed one of these for very long time. Lots of sheetmetal fabing for my chopper build, all customized to my design. hahaha

    Here is a overall mockup picture of go cart with frame cutt down , I think it looks a lot better at this length I changed it to. Now have to weld up the front end, hahaha

    Todays progress on my big go cart, some fab work on changing frame length up front. Cutt out about 4 inches to make front end not so long and hopefully make it turn tighter with front suspension. hahaha

    This is how a Nor Ram clutch is set up . New H/D # 35 chain..too

    Thrust washer at the beval on the crank-Do not have clutch riding on this bevel all cranks have this machined bevel

    Lock colar

    at least a grade 5 bolt in crank shaft -My crank used a 7/16 NFT

    torqued...

    make sure the clutch spins free and + - .-005 clearance between clutch and colar loc

    I had to call for this info ... It did not come with the clutch!
