Your oil is your best Mechanic-keep changeing it try for 300,000- Highest I ever got before selling was 235,000-on orignal motor Chevy S-10 V-6 Vortec 4.2 4wd----77(Valoline-oil-Fram filters)

I use pennzoil  and motorcraft filters every 3,000 miles.  it still (knock on wood) runs great at 202,000
