Mini 77 clutch set up This is how a Nor Ram clutch is set up . New H/D # 35 chain..too Thrust washer at the beval on the crank-Do not have clutch riding on this bevel all cranks have this machined bevel Clutch e clip faces motor thrust washer between clutch pack and clutch cage Lock colar at least a grade 5 bolt in crank shaft -My crank used a 7/16 NFT torqued... make sure the clutch spins free and + - .-005 clearance between clutch and colar loc I had to call for this info ... Project status of waywo 1955 Chevy 3100 As of this date the project is pending a move from the DFW area to Houston. Economic factors and my retirement require my wife and I to downsize our residence. We put 4 children through college and they all are now self sufficient. Go Cart starting problems Hey guys and gals, a bit frustrated with my 6.5 horsepower powerfist engine. It has good oil in it full tank of gas, I have done exactly the starting procedure according to manual and will not start. I cleaned spark plug and I noticed at the bottom of carb there is a bolt and some gas is leaking through, maybe need to rebuild carb since it seems to be flooding constantly not sure.
