Doug, I have a suggestion, Is it possible to stop your hard line below the firewall, mount your pressure reg. under the brake booster somewhere, and come in with the fuel line behind the carb?. Or if possable run every thing down the passenger side of the frame and mount the pressure reg. under the heater inlets and then over to the back side of the carb, I find when I do it that way it gets that stuff out of my way.

I like the suggestions..First she's a unibody. passenger side way to close to headers and at driver side under master cylinder is location for electrical wiring and proportional valve. stock location for fuel line was best bet.I was thinking hard line like they did in stock form from fuel pump to carb.Mechanical pump is gone
I like were you landed the reg and fuel filter-easy to get to. No sharp bends as it feeds the crab-We all like to keep things clean and hidden as possible-but once you get the upper rad. hose in that line will follow it nicely i think with some more of your cool clamping ideas...77
Yeah 77 I can see how doing something like that would be way past your ability's, your one of those bolt part a to part b kinda builders, You are real good at Brown nosein, I gota give ya that.

I love it!!There was many nights I would just lay on the creeper under this girl wondering how I was going to route new gas line, the cleanest, there is a line on passager side that took gas vapors from tank ran it up front to canster and then to the carb.If you look behind pass. side shock tower that is where the canster was mounted, was thinking that was good spot for reg. and run flex to carb from rear, clean and out of way like you suggest. Two concerns;1) That line in one spot is real close to header.I could wrap it in that area. 2) That line runs down driveshaft tunnel. My new drive shaft is 3 1/2". I hate the thought of blowing a drive shaft cutting the gas line dumping on the hot pipes and "DING DING DING" FIRE!!!! Still I will spend a few more nights ploting and planning.
